Sound'n'Soul Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or participating in any offering, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Nature of Services

 

Sound’n’Soul offers holistic, body-based and energy-based experiences including but not limited to:

- Sound healing & sound immersion

- Therapeutic massage & somatic bodywork

- Cupping & ear coning

- Movement & embodiment practices

- Access Bars & Soul Body Fusion

- Creative practices (arts & crafts)

- Group sessions and individual 1:1 experiences

All sessions are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and overall wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or psychological therapy.

 

2. Medical Disclaimer & Client Responsibility

 

Clients acknowledge that:

- All services are complementary and holistic in nature

- They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

- It is their responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional where needed

 

Clients must disclose any relevant health information, including but not limited to:

- medical conditions

- injuries or chronic issues

- pregnancy

- mental health conditions

- medications or treatments

 

For certain conditions (including pregnancy, serious illness, or medical concerns), approval from a qualified healthcare professional may be required prior to the session

 

3. Client Intake Form

 

All clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their session.

The form must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session

Sessions may be postponed or declined if the form is not completed in time

By submitting the form, clients confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete

 

4. Sessions with Children

 

Sessions with clients under the age of 18 require:

 

- consent from a parent or legal guardian

- a parent/guardian to be present where appropriate

 

The practitioner reserves the right to adapt or decline sessions based on the client’s wellbeing and safety.

 

5. Booking & Payment

 

- A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your session

- Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received

- The remaining balance can be paid:

• via bank transfer prior to the session, or

• in cash on the day

 

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

- All payments and deposits are non-refundable

- If rescheduled within the 48-hour window, the payment can be transferred to a new session

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in loss of the deposit

- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

7. Late Arrivals

 

Please arrive on time to honour the space and flow of the session.

- Late arrival may result in a shortened session

- The full session fee still applies

- Extensions are not guaranteed

 

8. Personal Boundaries & Consent

 

- All touch-based work is conducted with clear, informed and respectful consent

- Clients may request adjustments or withdraw consent at any time during the session

- The practitioner reserves the right to pause or terminate a session if boundaries are not respected

 

9. Results & Expectations

 

Each experience is unique and guided by the individual. Sound’n’Soul does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results may vary depending on personal readiness, openness and individual circumstances.

 

10. Liability

 

Sound’n’Soul is not liable for:

- any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

- any undisclosed medical conditions

- any reactions to treatments or practice

 

By attending a session, clients accept full responsibility for their own wellbeing.

 

11. Confidentiality

 

All personal information shared is treated as confidential and held with care and respect.

 

12. Data & Communication

 

By providing your details, you consent to:

- storage of your information for booking and session records

- relevant follow-up communication

 

Your data will not be shared with third parties.

 

13. Changes to Terms

 

Sound’n’Soul reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
